REGISTRATION
During online
registration your fees will be calculated in both USD and EUR.
At the end you will select one payment method -- either credit card
(charged in USD) or wire transfer (transferred in EUR which will not be
converted).
Paying in EUR will require an international wire transfer involving an
intermediary bank, using a form that includes Field 56.
Please feel free to contact us
by email or phone if you have any questions about this before you begin or
if you encounter difficulty during the process.
NOTICE: We have learned that
some European banks are unable to transfer funds using an intermediary
bank. If you select payment by EUR wire transfer and then find that
this is the case with your bank, it is OK to submit a new registration
using a credit card for payment and we will delete your original
registration. We apologize for the difficulty! We had hoped
that offering this alternative would prove convenient for European
attendees, but we are finding this is not necessarily true for some
people.
