NOTICE: As of May 21, 2012 the Diplomat Hotel is full,

and no longer accepting new reservations.

The Diplomat Hotel is offering a special discounted rate for CEF 2012 attendees, which will be honored until May 25, 2012  -or-  when the block of rooms is full, whichever occurs first. Last year our San Francisco hotel sold out well ahead of the deadline, so we encourage you to book accommodation early.  The rate is quoted on a per night basis and is offered beginning Saturday, June 23 through Saturday, July 1.  The Diplomat Hotel will be the site of all conference sessions and the pre-conference workshops, and is very well situated adjacent to the Dejvická transit center to take advantage of public transportation to the airport (bus #119) and the historical center of Prague (subway green line).

CEF 2012 Conference Rate = 95€ single or double occupancy in a Superior room

Rate includes: VAT, buffet breakfast, internet access and fitness center privileges

Accommodations should be reserved directly with the hotel using our customized CEF2012 booking form, which can be returned to the hotel online or by fax or post.  Payment must be guaranteed with a credit card or advance payment.  Wire transfer is an acceptable form of payment.  Link to form has been removed, as reservations are no longer available.

Note some internet travel sites may seem to offer a lower rate for the Diplomat Hotel, but they may not offer a superior room and will not include all of the amenities listed above which are included in the price for the CEF2012 room block.

The block of rooms for CEF 2012 will be held until it is full, and no later than May 25, 2012 so please book early.  After the block is sold out, the hotel may continue to honor the conference discount on a space available basis at their discretion.
