The 18th Annual Conference on
Computing in Economics and Finance (CEF 2012) will take place in Prague from Wednesday, June 27 through Friday, June 29, 2012. The program will cover all areas
dealing with the computational aspects (broadly defined) of economics,
finance, and decision making. The main topic areas include:

To have a
paper considered for inclusion on the program, please submit an abstract
(maximum 300 words) no later than February 10, 2012 (read below for
submission instructions). Joint-authored papers should be submitted by the
author who will present the paper. Presenters will be limited to one paper
each.
The submission of organized
sessions is also encouraged. Participants in such proposed sessions should
submit their papers via Conference Maker, indicating in the comments
field that the papers are intended
for an organized session.
DEADLINES:
Submission of abstract by February 10, 2012. Decisions on acceptance
were announced by email on March 19, 2012. Registration for
presenters of accepted papers must be completed and paid by May 1, 2012. Final papers should be uploaded
to Conference Maker by May 15, 2012.
REGISTRATION:
All presenters, including those whose
papers have been invited or solicited by members of the program committee or
other representatives of SCE, will be expected to register and pay fees to
attend the conference.
Submission Instructions
We use Conference Maker©,
a dedicated program for paper submission and program management.
To connect to Conference Maker, click on the link below (your browser must
accept cookies). You will be prompted to enter your login name and
password (the same as for any of your previous Conference Maker
submissions). If this is your first time ever using Conference Maker, click
the link to sign up for a new account. Then you can login for CEF2012 and
submit your abstract by clicking on "Submit a Paper".
Conference Maker requires you to assign a program committee
member to
review your paper by selecting a topic area from the list above which best
fits the subject of your paper.
