Dallas offers many hotel options - listed below are just a few suggestions near to SMU or near to downtown and the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. Internet sites such as booking.com or hotels.com, or Airbnb may also be useful. All hotel bookings and inquiries should be directed to your hotel of choice. SMU campus dorms are also available, and can be booked as an optional selection on the meeting registration form.

SMU Campus Dorms Rooms are offered for single- or double-occupancy as a 3-night package arriving June 16 and departing June 19. No refund or credit for a shorter stay, and additional nights are not available. Rooms are air conditioned and supplied with bedding and towels, but no service items such as soap or shampoo. All beds are single/twin-sized. Bathrooms are semi-private (shared between 2 rooms). Breakfast is included. Roommate matching is not available, so if you do not know somebody to share with you should select a single-occupancy room.
Dorm room fees include 3 nights with breakfast and all taxes and fees: Single occupancy: $240 USD Double occupancy: $195 USD per person
To book dorm lodging, include it on your meeting registration form. To add a booking after submitting registration, send an email to cef2022@simplemeetings.com. Full payment is due at time of booking. Cancellations by May 15, 2022 forfeit $50 and balance will be refunded. Bookings are not refundable starting May 16, 2022.
