Conference Registration

A Notice from SCE: In order to preserve the integrity of our conferences, the Society for Computational Economics will record the names and contact information of conference participants who fail to show up to present their paper or who cancel at the last minute.

Conference Fee

The conference registration fee is $540 USD, discounted to $440 USD for current students and recent PhDs (earned November 1, 2015 or later). The early registration discount expired on April 15, 2016.

All participants, including those who were invited by members of the program committee to submit a paper, are expected to pay the full fee. One-day registration is not available.

The registration fee includes:

• registration social on Saturday afternoon at the conference hotel

• opening reception on Sunday evening at Palais de la Bourse

• lunches on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday

• coffee breaks

• admission to all sessions

• conference materials

• one-year membership to the Society for Computational Economics

Participants who wish to present a paper must register and pay fees by May 1, 2016.  On May 1 presenters who have not registered will be removed from the program.

Refund policy for registration fees

• Cancellation on or before April 30, 2016: Forfeit US $100; balance of prepayment will be refunded

• Cancellation between May 1 and June 1, 2016: Forfeit US $200; balance of prepayment will be refunded

• Cancellation after June 1, 2016: no refund
