If you cannot be accommodated for your requested dates at the conference hotel, we suggest you try other hotels recommended by the local organizers on the Local Information site.

The Mercure Bordeaux Château Chartrons Hotel is offering a special discounted rate for CEF 2016 attendees only through March 31, 2016 or until our block is full, whichever occurs first. Starting April 1 our room block will be released and our discounted rate might increase, so we encourage you to book accommodation early. The rate is quoted on a per night basis and is offered beginning Saturday, June 25 through Wednesday, June 29. The Mercure Bordeaux Château Chartrons Hotel will be the site of all conference sessions and the pre-conference workshops.

CEF 2016 Conference Rate = 132€ single or 142€ double occupancy + city tax of approximately 2€ per person per night. These rates include breakfast, free WiFi and VAT.

Accommodations should be reserved directly with the hotel using our customized CEF2016 booking form, which can be returned to the hotel by email (H1810-RE@accor.com) or fax (33 05 5669 1521). Payment must be guaranteed with a credit card number or advance payment. Wire transfer is an acceptable form of payment.  HOTEL BOOKING FORM

Note some internet travel sites may seem to offer a lower rate for the Mercure Bordeaux Château Chartrons Hotel, but they may not offer a superior room and will not include all of the amenities listed above which are included in the price for the CEF2016 room block.

The block of rooms for CEF 2016 will be released on April 1, 2016 or perhaps sooner if all rooms in our block are booked so please reserve early. After the block is sold out, the hotel may continue to offer rooms at a higher rate on a space available basis at their discretion.
