REGISTRATION: All presenters, including those whose papers have been invited or solicited by members of the program committee or other representatives of SCE, will be expected to register and pay fees to attend the conference.

Submission Instructions

We use Conference Maker, a dedicated program for paper submission and program management.  To connect to Conference Maker, click on the link below (your browser must accept cookies).  You will be prompted to enter your login name and password (the same as for any of your previous Conference Maker submissions). If this is your first time ever using Conference Maker, click the link to sign up for a new account. Then you can login for CEF2020 and submit your abstract by clicking on "Submit a Paper".

Conference Maker requires you to select a program committee member to review your paper. Topic areas for each reviewer will be included in Conference Maker - choose the best fit for the subject of your paper.
