All conference attendees are invited to the Opening Reception, which will take place at the Palais de la Bourse in the center of Bordeaux. Mingle with old and new friends, sip fine Bordeaux wines and nibble on gourmet hors d'oeuvres amidst the world famous Bordeaux Wine Festival. The reception will conclude early enough to enjoy dinner on your own and participate in the celebrations of the last night of the Bordeaux Fête le Vin*.

Dinner Cruise - optional
Monday, June 27 from 19:30 to 23:00

additional cost for all registrants and guests $70 USD

Join us for the CEF 2016 Conference Dinner aboard the Sicambre. We will start with a welcome drink on the upper deck and terrace, then continue with wine and a standing dinner while we cruise the Garonne River and admire views of the UNESCO heritage façades of historic Bordeaux.

*Bordeaux Fête le Vin is said to be the world's largest wine tourism attraction. This grand public event takes place every two years, and the start of CEF 2016 coincides with the closing of the festival on Sunday, June 26. We encourage conference attendees to plan in advance to take advantage of this opportunity. Event details can be found here: Fête le Vin and tickets information can be found here: Tickets.
