Conference Registration

A Notice from SCE: In order to preserve the integrity of our conferences, the Society for Computational Economics will record the names and contact information of conference participants who fail to show up to present their paper or who cancel at the last minute.

Conference Fee

The early registration fee is $485 USD until April 30, 2017. Starting May 1, 2017 the fee will rise to $585.

Current students and recent PhDs (earned November 1, 2016 or later) receive a $50 discount to $435 USD.

All participants, including those who were invited by members of the program committee to submit a paper, are expected to pay the full fee. One-day registration is not available.

The registration fee includes:

• registration social on Tuesday afternoon at Empire Hotel (44 W 63rd St)

• reception on Wednesday at Hudson Hotel (358 W 58th St)

• reception on Thursday at Fordham Law School

• lunches on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (including optional Women's Networking Lunch on Thursday)

• coffee breaks on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

• admission to all sessions on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

• conference program book

• one-year membership to the Society for Computational Economics

Participants who wish to present a paper must register and pay fees by April 30, 2017.  On May 1 presenters who have not registered will be removed from the program.

Refund policy for registration fees

• Cancellation on or before April 30, 2017: Forfeit US $100; balance of prepayment will be refunded

• Cancellation between May 1 and June 1, 2017: Forfeit US $200; balance of prepayment will be refunded

• Cancellation after June 1, 2017: no refund
